Dr. Goldman took his time to evaluate me and asked many questions. He wasn't quick to just prescribe medication and send me on my way.
He was excellent, really made me feel like he cared and wanted to help me. He listened and explained everything to me, he really made me feel comfortable.

He was nice, but hard to hear and understand.
Dr. Goldman took his time to evaluate me and asked many questions. He wasn't quick to just prescribe medication and send me on my way.

Dr. Brian Goldman is a Psychiatrist who understands that Psychiatrist's are in fact medical doctors; and though their area of specialty is in treating Psychiatric disorders it is also their responsibility and duty to try and identify underlying medical disorders that can often manifest with psychiatric symptoms. Identify and treat the underlying medical disorder and the psychiatric symptoms will go into remission. Unfortunately Dr. Goldman's approach which is the appropriate medical approach in Psychiatry, is rarely in fact used by most practicing psychiatrist. This is why I give him my highest recommendations. If you are experiencing psychiatric symptoms, which are real and serious medical conditions; you should want to see a Psychiatrist who is not all consumed by the DSM-IV, (which is not in fact based on a medical model) but a Psychiatrist that remembers and acts like the medical doctor that he or she in fact are.
It was a fantastic appointment! I'm truly grateful for his time and he not only gave me a plan to help me but we came up with a plan A, B, and C. It was a big help and i have a follow-up appointment coming up with him. There were a couple times throughout the appointment where I wasn't quite sure if he was listening or just notating but he seemed all in all to help me a lot.
He's a great doctor who really takes his dime to get to kno u and properly diagnose u. He's great at explaining how and why he came to the conclusion he did and making sure u agree with the diagnosis n recommended course of treatment. He doesn't jus throw brand name drugs at u n call it a day.
Best MD I have ever encountered! Brilliant!
It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Goldman. It was my first appointment so it lasted roughly 2 hours. He was very sincere and offered many different solutions to the problems I was seeking him for.

he was very professional knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a psychiatrist!
Dr. Goldman's visit was excellent and he truly had unique insight into my position and nature and we got accomplished what I had come to him to do so.
He is very nice, attentive, and focused. I felt like he was really trying to figure out what could help me. This is a relief after years of feeling totally mismanaged. I look forward to working with him towards positive results in my life.
Finally, a doctor who listened to me and not just a printout of lab tests. I have been suffering for about six months trying to solve my problems alone. After seeing Dr. Goldman less than a week ago, some meds changes, life is looking brighter. Thank you so much, Dr. Goldman.
