Very thorough, asked many more questions than other urologists I have been to. He made me feel very comfortable and appears to be very knowledgeable.

The front desk was extremely kind despite the fact that I arrived for the appointment almost 15 minutes late. (Beware: The parking garage fills up quick and is slow to get through! It took me 10+ minutes to find parking, andanother 5 minutes to find my way around the building. They're in the 2nd tower, not the 1st.) Dr. Mazzarella made me feel immediately comfortable, even though I was embarrassed about my medical issues. He emphasized how common these issues were, and they were there to help. I can't reccomend Dr. Mazzarella and his office enough. They were wonderful.
