In my first visit, Dr. Medernach was professional, caring, insightful and willing to spend as much time as necessary to get familiar with me, my health history, and my health concerns. Additionally, he was forthcoming about himself, his practice and his interactions with the other professionals in his practice. We forged a good working relationship, and I feel lucky to have him for my doctor.

Very pleasant. I liked how Dr. Medernach introduced himself by telling me a bit about him personally. I was also very thankful they were able to do initial blood work during the same visit, rather than having to make a second appointment.

I have enjoyed each visit with Dr. Medernach. He enters the examination room knowing why you're there, discusses your problem thoroughly, answers all questions and gives you a sense that he knows you and your problem well enough to treat your condition in a manner that is best suited to you personally. If there is an element of your care he is not completely sure of he will spend the time and effort to research it in order to provide you with the appropriate solution.

Dr. Merdernach is a wonderful addition to Loyola. He takes the time that is necessary to provide appropriate care for all of my children. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new primary care doctor!!!

Everyone I interacted with from the person that scheduled my appointment to the front office personnel, lab techs to the doctor were wonderful. Dr. Medernach took his time and was very thorough and professional.
