Bedside manners were awful. Does not give patient time to explain why they are there, basically can't talk, if you do, he's not listening. You are the patient you know your history and what has been done to you and whatyou have been treated for, he should listen to the patient. Also, comes across very rude and arrogant. His nurse was much more pleasant. He took the time to explain what he should have, incredible... I will not be returning, I will be looking for another doctor to get what I have to get done. Copay down the drain...

This visit was awful. It’s the worst experience in my life. 1) first of all the office workes and organization is horrible. They lost my referral. They definitely had it before we came there , coz I used to call themwhen I scheduled an appointment and asked them if they received a referral- and they said yes! After we came , they couldn’t find it , so I called 2 times to my primary care and they sent that referral twice. I was waiting for an answer from lady on the front desk , but then she told me that the doctor can’t wait anymore and she will reschedule me! Of course I was angry about that , coz I was waiting before she called me around 50 minuets! So if I was waiting such a long time , I think it’s not a problem to wait for my referral for 5 or 10 minuets. Ohh by the way! The office lost my referral and when they found it , they asked me to pay for that ????????? The lady after me also was waiting around 2 hours. There was a couple that came before us and they were waiting more then 2 hours !!! 2) visit ???????I was really upset that I spent so much time there. When I entered , the nurse took the blood pressure machine , but she didn’t check my blood pressure. After she asked me the fax number of my primary care - which is not my problem. I gave them absolutely everything that they had asked me before , all the paperwork it’s not my work. When the doctor came , he asked me if someone of my family had cancer before and told me that I need to have endoscopy , but maybe later because not today etc. That’s it!!! I feel pain from the right side ( around my liver) . As usual doctor used to touch stomach to find out if the liver maybe bigger than it’s used to be. But no. NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Short talk around 3 minutes ( and it was soooo loong because I was talking to the doctor) and then he left. I don’t know who is writing all those good feedbacks on different websites about this place ( maybe workers of that place and their families) But I am asking everyone not to visit this place. There are many places much more better than this one , where doctor will try to help you !

The receptionist was not helpful. I made an appointment and made sure that the referral was Approve before attending my appointment. When I got to the office the receptionist had me wait a few minutes then call me up and mentionthat my referral was not there. As I show her on my phone The referral from my insurance company. Instead of her calling my primary office to ask for the referral, she told me to call to get the referral and have them fax it to her. As a patient I expect To be treated better. I am in the customer service business. This was just poor service. I would’ve call The primary doctor office and retrieve the referral or since I was shown the referral on the patient’s phone I would have continue Processing the patient and asked the patient to fax the referral to the office when she gets home. I was just a bad first impression

The nurse explained to me better than him, He was in a hurry, and I kept asking him questions when he was already leaving ... he did not explain anything about the study procedures that he sent me to do, allthis was done by his assistant. The consultation was very fast, he barely touched my abdomen for a few seconds, he did not do anything !!!! I feel like I'm throwing money going to see this Doctor!

Dr. Dooreck is professional but he could spend a little more time with his patients. He spent about 5 mins with me and didn't realize that I was worried about what's happening to me. When he was explaining or asking questionshe would say it too fast and speak only in medical terms. I'm not familiar with all medical terms and I would understand it quicker and easier in plain English. He's a good doctor, he just might need to slow it down per patient.

The doctor didn't even spend five minutes with me. I was told to schedule a procedure, which I was fine with, however when I asked what I should change as far as diet and lifestyle over the next month, he toldme he would explain it later, but never did. When I asked the desk, they sent someone out to talk to me who said that there really weren't notes other than to schedule the procedure. The earliest that they had available for me to get back in is over a month away, which means that I have nothing to give me hope of improvement for over a month. I'm considering scheduling a consult with another office.

It was very good. I was late 30 mins yet they still managed to get me in. Dr was direct to the point and seemed very knowledgeable. He asked right questions and senthe out the tests I needed to get done. His nurse and patient coordinator where very kind and helpful. They even fit me in for an endoscopy when he was totally booked!! I was very impressed with the experience and you'll totally recommend it. Also the fact Dr Doorek is Harvard grad was very impressive and his knowledge a few professionalism where evident.

He's not very personable. He's very short and to the point...almost robotic. Doesn't treat you like a person but is very robotic as if he just needs to check off his list as complete and move on. No questions or concerns considered. Just rush through and move on.
