My only issue was that the lab tech who drew my blood had really long false nails and did not wear gloves.

I was seen by both Dr. Rutledge and a resident (I was given the option to be seen by only Dr. Rutledge if I wanted). I was immediately at ease with both of them and appreciated the non-judgmental bedside manner displayed by all the staff I interacted with. I have a complex medical history so it’s important to me that medical professionals are patient and really listen, which is exactly the care I received today. Dr. Rutledge looked at me at the end of my appointment and said “we are going to figure out a solution for you.” And I really believe she meant it. She gave me a solid idea of what the next steps are for my treatment and made me feel like she had my back. All in all, this is one of the smoothest medical appointments I’ve experienced and I’m very glad I found this doctor!

The ladies that work at West End were the fastest, most efficient staff of any kind of medical establishment I've ever been to. Not only were they quick, but they were very friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. I usually dread going to the doctor, but Dr. Rutledge and her staff made me feel really good about my visit.

I am really glad I chose this office. The space is open and clean. The staff is friendly and professional and the visit from start to finish took an hour.
Dr. Rutledge is very friendly and personable and made a visit that was uncomfortable as pleasant as going to the GYN can be.
