My son struggles with anxiety when seeing new doctors. Using this app was
a breeze and he was completely comfortable the entire time. The NP put him at ease
immediately. She was very understanding and told him there was nothing to worry
about. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She allowed me to sit in and help
him answer the questions that he didnt understand well. The appt was quick and
to the point. We loved that we didnt have to drive to an office, sit in a waiting
room for an hour just to get a 15 min appt with a doctor who really doesnt even
care. We logged on at the appt time and the NP was on there ready to go. No waiting.
I would highly recommend this app and Ms. Laviana. So far this has been a great
experience.
