As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. Since becoming a nurse in 2018, I have supported those from all walks of life and backgrounds facing challenges with mental health, trauma, and addiction. We all encounter struggles in life; my goal is to normalize healing and recovery as the expected outcome of these experiences. Through a skilled combination of supportive psychotherapy, coping skill development, and medication management, we can work together to bring out your personal strengths.
