I would like to recommend Dr. Brooke due to her professionalism and kindness. I was able to book an appointment very easily and timely. I got comprehensive treatment plan and diagnosis. Currently I'm on getting well and would like to share that positive experience.

She really listened, which I find many doctors don't. She was the third doctor I'd seen for one of the problems -- and the first to actually test to make sure of what it was! (The previous two just assumed they knew.) When they weren't able to get ahold of me earlier in the day to give me my test results, she called outside of office hours to make sure I got the treatment I needed, asap. Very impressive!
She had excellent advice about following up on a medical problem that was only indirectly foot-related. The other thing that's nice is that they have shoes with orthotics in their office that you can try on, that are excellent in both looks and comfort. I'd been trying to find some on my own without much luck. My husband and I both walked out impressed and optimistic.

Dr. Brooke Dix was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied biology at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she received her bachelors degree. Dr. Dix then went on to Barry University in Miami, FL where she received her Masters degree in Biomedical Science. She went on to get her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Graduated top 25% of her class. Dr. Dix was surgically trained at a rigorous podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Dix also rotated through Richmond University Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Hospital, St. Johns Riverside Hospital, Boulevard Surgery Center and Gramercy Surgical Center. It was there that she was exposed to pediatric podiatry, trauma, sports medicine and wound care. Dr. Dix is multicultural with a Persian American background and speaks Farsi and fluent Spanish. Dr. Dix has a passion for children and is a mother herself. Dr. Dix takes pride in her bedside manner and treats her patients like family.

Dr Dix has great bedside manner and was very personable. My foot needed a pressure wrap and hard sole shoe and she stuck with me until we found the right match. She was clear in her explanation about how to care for my foot until I go back for a follow up. I was very impressed and would recommend her to others.

I went for a weekend visit which was great for my schedule, and even though she was giving up her Saturday Dr. Brooke Dix was still happy to see me and eager to help. She had her young daughter in the office with her because of a late daycare cancellation, but she was very professional about it and the little girl was super cute. I enjoyed my visit and learned right away what was happening with my feet. Follow up from her office was also satisfactory, and I intend to go back!

Dr. Bix was so comforting. I came to her with an embarrassing nail problem and after taking the time to listen to my medical history and examine the toe, she came back to me with several solutions.
