Dr explained that delayed in being seen was due to unusual number of new patients being processed. The front desk stated my appt was for 2:10 pm vice 1:50 pm requested and shown by ZocDoc.All in All not the best experiencebut will go again simply because I have been going for more than 10 yrs.

As a comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmologist, Bruce I. Stark, M.D. diagnoses and treats numerous eye disorders and performs selected oculoplastic surgeries such as blepharoplasty (cosmetic and functional), chalazion excision, and repair of lid malpositions and removal of lid lesions. He has used lasers to treat diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, and glaucoma for more than 25 years. Dr. Stark, a diabetic specialist, is a founding member of the Chester and Delaware County and Main Line Chapters of the American Diabetic Association. He utilizes highly sophisticated equipment at Chester County Eye Care for the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and other eye diseases. Dr. Stark is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides the complete spectrum of eye services and specializes in the treatment of eye emergencies.

Doctor Stark was nice but, after waiting an hour until I was able to see him, he moved through the session way too fast and I did not feel that I had an opportunity to discuss the situation and ask questions. He seemed like he was trying to just get through the appointment to move on to other things. He requested some tests, and I received a sheet that listed the tests but received no direction, details, or even suggestions of what I need to do (fasting, where to get these tests done, etc) I will also complain that I originally booked an appointment with Dr. DeStefano via ZocDoc but when the office called to reschedule they booked me with Dr. Stark without telling me the doctor had been changed. I am not sure I would recommend Dr. Stark or Chester County Eye Care to anyone. Although everyone was pleasant and courteous, no one that I encountered that worked there seemed very happy or very friendly.
