Dr. Kastner is an old-school professional. He does not rely on computers to do his job. He checks your eyes with care and offers a good variety of VSP frames. He was very pleasant. His office is a bit hard to find because he doesn't have a store front but I ended up liking his way of displaying frames better than the chain stores way He is more personal because he doesn't work on "commissions".
