My sons and I have been seeing Dr. Kline for a w few years. He always has students helping, it makes no difference to me, but I know some people don't want to speak with a student. Dr. Kline is always professional, and thorough.

I went in for a sick visit. They took me in very quickly and the medical assistant came in took my vitals and asked me if it was ok if the resident saw me first, I agreed. She asked me questions and examined me. Shortly after Dr. Kline came in he was very brief, he literally spent like less than 3 minutes in the room. He didn't do much of an exam, he asked me where I've heard about him. I responded Zocdoc, he nodded, smiled and said he would send a prescription to my pharmacy and give me a note for work. I definitely liked how fast I was seen but the visit went by so fast I didn't feel satisfied. I know this is probably irrelevant to the visit but in my point of view he was dressed a bit unprofessional for a doctor, mostly because his corduroys had multiple holes in them and looked very worn out. Overall, I am still uncertain if I would return to see him again.

Staff is courteous and efficient. The doctor is amiable and very knowledgeable. I was in and out with a minimum of fuss and relieved to know that my condition was good.

I came in because I had a multitude of problems and had not been to see a general practitioner in over 3 years. I told this to the nurse and medical student and then Dr. Kline. Dr. Kline asked me how I found him and I told him he had good ZocDoc ratings to witch he replied "The internet strikes again" then simply left the room. The nurse had informed me that he would discuss me with the medical student which was fine but when he left the room I was not sure if he was coming back because he left somewhat abruptly and did not tell me what was going on. After a few minutes I opened the door to ask if I was done or what was going on. He told me he was writing some referrals for me. After 10 minutes or so he came back with 6 referrals! I was somewhat annoyed because I could have just looked on ZocDoc for my own referrals, I have Aetna PPO which allows me to choose any doctor and other than a recommendation I really do not need a referral. Dr. Kline or the medical student did not even examine me what so ever!!!! I was irritated because even if I were to go to 6 referrals I still had mentioned that I had not seen a internal medicine doctor in almost 3 years and a short physical exam would have been appreciated. Instead I was just sent off to other doctors.

Very polite office staff to complement Dr. Kline's amazing bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and more than willing to handle most illnesses and their symptoms, including (for example) my insomnia and chronic pain. He is very familiar with patients who are on disability and thus have Medicare andinsurance, and will go the extra mile to get you the necessary medications, or write whatever authorization notes one may need for a prescription insurance plan. Overall, he is just a great doctor, great guy, and a good health advocate for complex cases that sometimes require more than just his ability alone.

I came in for a physical. I waited for over an hour to be called. The doctor came in to introduce himself. I spoke with him for barely 2 minutes. He then sent me to the lab and then he was gone. I wasn't even asked if I should make a follow up appointment or when my results would come in. I left extremely confused and disappointed. I will not come back.
