I was greeted immediately when I walked in, by BOTH of the receptionists. The day prior to my scheduled appointment I received a reminder text message which is so helpful in my busy life! A telephone call was made the morning of to inform me that they do not accept my insurance, but in other words they had something like an in-house discount rate they offer for services. I decided to keep my appointment, being I had already put off getting “checked out” for so long. The office was VERY CLEAN, and the receptionist was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the steps in their process. The doctor was adamant about helping figure out what EXACTLY the issue is, and moving forward to putting together a plan to help my back issues! Most definitely recommend and I look forward to my adjustment in a couple days!

Dr. Bryan grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland, where he played a number of different sports starting at an early age including basketball, soccer, lacrosse and ice hockey. The youngest of three brothers, he was constantly working to refine his skills which allowed him to play football, ice hockey and lacrosse at The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland. He was recruited to play Division I lacrosse at The Ohio State University where his team competed for the National Championship for the first time in program history during his senior year.
The constant wear and tear of daily practicing and playing games – particularly throughout his high school and college careers – caused injuries and lingering pain, and Dr. Bryan became keenly interested in learning how the body heals itself naturally. He was also interested to learn more about recovery and injury prevention. At one point, Dr. Bryan visited a chiropractor for pain-related issues and, after receiving a few adjustments the pain immediately disappeared and other areas improved as well such as sleep, better focus in school, and higher energy levels. This piqued his interest in the field, ignited a fascination with the human body and propelled him to learn more about the potential to heal naturally, without drugs or surgery.
Upon earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio State, Dr. Bryan continued his passion of learning and enrolled at the Life University School of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA. Four years later, he graduated with a degree in chiropractic and relocated to the Northern Virginia area to join his brother and sister-in-law at Empower Chiropractic. He subsequently expanded the practice by launching a second office in Ashburn.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bryan enjoys hiking, playing ice hockey and golf, and traveling with friends and family.

The office was nice and the staff and provider seemed nice enough. I just don't see the value in spending thousands of dollars that a physical therapist or perhaps increase in exercise can do for a lot less.

Torque release technique chiropractor, not a traditional one, won’t recommend for adjustment. Google it before you go. Be prepared to pay for initial exam which doesn’t include an adjustment, X-rays (diagnosis not provided) and then you’ll be offered a payment plan for 6 months of treatments 2 minutes long.
