Dr. Bryan S. Williams joined Metro Spine in December 2014. As an Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist, he is dedicated to the comprehensive care and treatment of acute and chronic pain. Using a multidisciplinary approach, Dr. Williams offers treatment plans for pain relief and functional restoration.
Dr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from the Albion College and earned his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed residency in anesthesiology at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County. Dr. Williams then completed a fellowship in pain medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He also has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
Dr. Williams is experienced at treating back and neck pain by utilizing fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures, spinal injections, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, ultrasound-guided pain procedures, medication management, and implantation, revision of spinal cord stimulators, pain pumps discography, vertebroplasty, and kyphoplasty.
He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in the field of anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine. Along with publishing, he serves as a reviewer for The Journal of Opioid Management, The Journal of Pain & Palliative Pharmacotherapy, British Medical Bulletin, and Anesthesiology.
He has received numerous accolades and in 2013 he was recognized as "Super Doc – Rising Star" in Washington, DC-Baltimore-Northern Virginia.

He is no good very disrepectful the receptionist are very rude the wait time o my gosh and ththkrazy thing about the visvisit was only 5 individuals in there

Excellent visit. Dr. Williams was extremely helpful with making me feel better about myself. I really appreciate the fact that they (he) took extra time to listen to everything I had to discuss about what was causing me stress which then causes me severe pain. It was a great way to start the day. Especially since I have been so depressed about my life in general.
