Dr. Mamikoglu is hands down the best ENT I have seen in my 5 years living in Chicago!
I have had ear issues for 19 years now. I used to have an ENT with whom I had developed a good patient / doctor relatioship back in my country. Sadly, when I moved to Chicago, I could not find an ENT that actually treats EAR problems on a day-to-day basis. Most ENTs seem to focus on what "makes them more money" (plastic surgery, sleep apnea, sinus issues, etc)
For the first time in 5 years, I feel like an ENT is actually up to date with EAR diseases. Dr. Mamikoglu took about 40 minutes looking into my ear, cleaning it and making suggestions for a treatment.
I do have to say THE RECEPCIONISTs are VERY BAD! I got there at 1:06 PM and it wasn't until 1:46 that one of them asked me : "Have they taken your blood pressure yet?" I said "no" and just then, after FORTY minutes of waiting, they realized they had forgotten I was there...
They proceeded to bring me into an area in the back where a very dry, not welcoming girl, took my blood pressure. It was a completely awkward situation...
However I will put up with these people just because the doctor exceeded all my expectations!

I was impressed with this doctor, he talked to my daughter and explained what he was doing! He gave her a new prescription that seems to be working!! Would definitely recommend, very good bedside manner as well .

I waited for over an hour and a half for a 15 minute visit. The staff was friendly and very apologetic, but this does not excuse the fact that I had to wait so long when my appointment was scheduled before other patients. I work full time and had to be away from my desk for +/-2 hours. Since there are so many other options downtown I would not go here again.

My visits to Dr. Mamikoglu are always quick and easy. From the staff to nurses, and doctor, everyone is always friendly. Dr. Mamikoglu is very thorough and honest, and he always listens. This is by far one of the best doctors IVEH employs. I recommend this to family and friends often.

I highly recommend this clinic and staff. The staff are all highly professional with people skills that keep a person relaxed during whatever procedure is being done for them. I personally recommend this clinic to anyone that would ask me. And I will continue to use this clinic as long as it is available.

It's always a pleasure to see Michelle & Randi! The office is well organised and I am in & out of my appt. in less than 2 minutes unless I have questions. I get to read the latest magazine during my 20 minute meditation.

I am so happy I started coming here. Dr. Mamikoglu is very friendly and caring. Michelle also. They always take time whenever I am in the office. They are sure to answer any and all questions. I have never felt rushed. Dr. is very knowledgable about my throat problems and allergy problems too.
