Hello, I'm Caitlin! I am a registered dietitian who aims to empower individuals to improve their health and well-being. I do this through evidence-based nutrition education, counseling, and lifestyle management. My holistic approach considers all aspects of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being and has the power to transform your life.
My interest in nutrition stemmed from my experience as a competitive swimmer, which led me to understand the vital role nutrition plays in athletes' performances and daily life. This understanding motivated me to dedicate my academic and professional career to helping individuals improve their lives through nutrition.
I am a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas, where I earned my Bachelor of Environmental Sciences in Human Nutrition. I enhanced my skills through the dietetic internship program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. I continued my academic journey by earning a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
My specialties include weight management, intuitive eating, eating disorders, sports and performance nutrition, pediatrics, healthy aging, diabetes education and nutrition, and heart-healthy nutrition. I am deeply committed to continuous learning in nutrition, ensuring that I am always equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques to support your health and nutrition needs.
