Incredible visit. I was called in as I was checking in at the front desk. Caitlin Harris was a patient listener and genuinely interested during my exam. She immediately provided the resources I needed with step-by-step instructions. The staff and fellow medical professionals I encountered were equally genuine and caring.

Wonderful experience with Caitlin! She addressed my concerns with professionalism and kindness. I saw her, had an ekg & bloodwork done (all in the same office I might add!) & I was in & out withing 1 hour. Very efficient & professional atmosphere. Highly recommend!

She was very pleasant and not only asked questions and thoroughly listened to what the answers were, but she took her time and did not make me feel like she was rushing me through. As to the other comments about the front office staff, I honestly had a pleasant experience. The woman I dealt with was very pleasant and courteous.

Previous reviews are on point: Caitlin is compassionate and warm, while still remaining professional and knowledgeable. She has an excellent bedside manner and is a great listener. The wait time is always under 30 minutes and usually even less than 15.
The reviewers are also correct in stating that, unfortunately, the professionalism of the front desk undercuts the overall quality of the care. The staff is exceptionally rude and dismissive, even by very forgiving standards, and neglects to send essential prescription refills and paperwork even after several reminders. The office staff is the only reason I would be reluctant to recommend this practitioner, but an important enough factor that I am considering searching for another GP.

VERY RUDE service from the staff of this office!!!! HIGHLY UNORGANIZED I do NOT recommend seeing this doctor or even going to this office. They do not keep documents and they do not know ANY rules or guidelines. This is a very hostile place for patients. Honestly I’m surprised at the staff because I would have expected better from Yale New Haven Health, really disappointed and they are unable to ATTEMPT to help me!! Never coming back here again, very uncomfortable place.

Caitlin was very professional and her office ran very smoothly. I was in the waiting room for about as long as it took me to put my receipt in my bag. I left with a clear plan of action to address my concerns and left feeling well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Caitlin to anyone who is looking for a new provider.
