Nice doctor. Staff was just okay, not overly welcoming. Horrible wait time. Seeing as how it was my first visit I kind of expected more interaction with the receptionist, but it basically turned into just walking in, a quick "hi" and having a seat until they called my name. The assistant (who wasn't very personable) seemed to be running around like crazy trying to check patients in and prescreen them, maybe that's why she wasnt so friendly. I couldnt really figure out what the receptionist did. She didn't check me in and had me wait almost ten minutes for the assistant to check me out. She seemed to be there just to socialize. Based on my experience working in the medical field I got the feeling she might possibly be a wife of one of the doctors. Even though the doctor was great, because of my wait time and the overall experience with the staff I most likely won't return or refer any family or friends. It's a shame that an office staff can make such a bad first impression.

The eye test was confusing for my five year old due to the tester telling her to identify letters when what was put before her included both letters and numbers.
The wait time in the office was ridiculous, but Dr. Grant's bedside manner was extremely great. Such so that it eased my aggravation with the wait. I will definitely be back to visit...just have to plan the day accordingly.
