Awesome. He was on top of what meds I could and couldn't take. He listen to my concerns, and the staff that help me with a CBC and x-rays were absolutely awesome!

He has gotten too busy. A year ago, he would take his time and talk to you. Now he rushes in and out. Didn't even address my main problem initially. Had to call after him as he walked out the door. Also sees 2 other family members and they have experienced the same change. We are all looking for another doctor. Very disappointing, because I believe he is a good doctor, just too busy to care anymore.

Dr. Mullins is very caring and takes the time to listen to you, that is rare now a days! He will walk you through a game plan to keep in good health and a follow up to make sure you are staying healthy! His bedside manner is wonderful as well as the staff!

I had a great experience in the waiting room. They quickly took my copay and my wait to go back was about 5 minutes. I think I waited another 5 minutes for Dr. Mullins. He asked me what issues I was having and listened closely to everything I had to say before asking some more questions. I didn't feel rushed and he was attentive to my problem.

I like Dr. Mullins because he explains all the procedures, diagnostic or tests in a manner that I can understand the information. Also, he takes the time to listen to the patient and give important advice. The waiting time is reasonable, and the information is put on the portal in a day or two. Overall, I am happy with Dr. Mullins, the staff and Methodist services/portal.

Dr. Mullins quickly got to work with the exam to address my complaints. He was thorough in his explanation and diagnosis. He was somewhat friendly and made a couple of humorous comments. Not the best bedside manner, but he was pleasant enough. And he seemed to know his stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a quick-and-easy visit and diagnosis.

I absolutely love Dr. Mullins and his staff. Even they are busy he always apologizes for the wait. He is excellent at treating the patient and not the lab work or illness. He works with his patients as individuals and understands that not everyone can be treated medically the same way. He also takes the time to discuss how my life is going at every busy and makes sure I don't need anything else while I am there. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Mullins is one of the best general family physicians in the Memphis area. He is very thorough and explains the problem and treatment in detail. He really cares about his patients well being. I have been seeing him for over 20 years. It can be hard to get an appointment with him at times. But hat's because so many like him.
