Highly recommend! Dr. Aguilar has wonderful bedside manner, she’s an extremely clear communicator, and she made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire experience. Especially if you are going to a gynecologist for the first time, she’d be a great fit! And even if it isn’t your first time, I still recommend! I’m very grateful to have had her provide my care today. Will definitely return to her in the future. Already recommended her to my roommate! ??

I am passionate about empowering patients to optimize their health so they can live a happy and fulfilling life. I enjoy building trusting interpersonal relationships with patients and helping them reach their personal health goals.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Primary care providers are uniquely qualified to treat both physical and behavioral health needs because we have the opportunity to spend time thoroughly getting to know patients and have experience treating a wide variety of diagnoses. Primary care providers look at their patients through a comprehensive lens and listen to any concerns patients may experience in any body system.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
On weekends, I can be found buying in-season produce at local farmer's markets, running through Golden Gate Park, falling into a good book, or baking with my beloved sourdough starter. I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and enjoy dedicating a little moment every day to my practice.

Always nice to have a healthcare provider that will listen to their patients. So many times my concerns have been brushed off at other doctors but not with her. Outstanding!
