Met with Dr. Zandry (her associate first). He was outstanding, very attentive, listened well to my issues and explored many possible causes, explaining his thought process along the way. He then brought in Dr. Kilbane who was in agreement with his assessment of my condition. She was also very empathetic. I liked them both very much. Dr. Kilbane was a little surprised that ZocDoc sent me to her, as her specialty is in Parkinson's disease, and I had no symptoms of that, nor did I mention Parkinson's to ZocDoc. I had only told ZocDoc that I was experiencing a numbness in my arm and thumb.

I left very frustrated. Not going back unless I have to, as I already have a psychiatrist; this doctor needs to stay within her scope of practice and simply say, "I don't know how to help."
