The PA was fine. The appointment was for 12:30. I arrived at 12:12. There was a sign at the desk that said " sign in and take a seat" I was called to the window at 12:47 to begin filing out my paperwork. Taken to get my weight and vitals at 1:10. PA entered the room at 1:25. I don't understand the purpose of an appointment if the time frame won't even be close.
