My mother has a very complex medical history so I was a little hesitant at first. From the moment I arrived until we left the staff was amazing. The front desk staff were friendly, fast and extremely efficient. There was no wait time. The Physician Assistant very knowledgeable. She had a wonderful and gentle bedside manner. She was very patient with my mom and explained everything thoroughly so that she could understand what was to be done. My mom’s anxiety was minimal which put me at ease.This was hands down the best emergency appointment I’ve ever had with my mom. By the time they text me the survey I had already told some of my family and friends just how fabulous they are. The ladies at Carbon Urgent Care in Newtown Square rock!! So glad I chose to go there instead of the hospital emergency room. I was in and out in less than a hour. Keep up the good work. You all are the best. See you in two weeks for my mom’s follow up.
