My visit was to get acquainted with Dr. Ferguson as he will be my new primary care physician. This initial visit went well!

They've been treating me for several years! Dr. Furguson is always in great spirits! Curtious & friendly staff.

Doc and PA were pleasant, engaging and knowledgable.
To begin, please note this is a one star review. To be fair, I did wait less than 30 minutes. Upon scheduling my first appt. with Doctor Ferguson, I specifically asked to see him, only him, and not a PA or NP, as I believed he was most qualified to embody the ideals of a doctor of osteopathic medicine as outlined by the American Osteopathic Association; that I would be listened to and partnered with, alongside an emphasis on a whole-person approach to treatment and care to remain healthy and well. Despite my emphatic, written request, I was still scheduled with a PA at a completely different location. After rescheduling, due to his office's failure to accommodate my categorical request, I was finally seen by Doctor Fergosun, only to experience the following: --I was not questioned about the nature of my visit, nor was I consulted about that which I specified on both the ZocDoc paperwork and his office's own questionnaire. --Upon volunteering pertinent information regarding my long-term, retired psychiatrist's diagnoses, treatment regimen (which includes a commonly prescribed ADHD medication, of which I had been consistently taking less than the official FDA guidelines for the appropriate dosage for a person of my height, weight, and activity level), and professional recommendation to seek a qualified PCP, Dr. Fergison immediately dismissed any validity to both what I had said AND the Rx information he received from my previous doctor. --Moreover, when I asked him what was his differential diagnosis of my condition, I received no answer. Instead, he verbally denied facilitating the continuation of my already year-and-a-half-long treatment regimen. He promptly left the room. --Soonafter, a nurse came into the room, handing me a UA cup. I asked her what merit a UA would have if I was not being treated by the Doctor. She provided no answer and left the room. --Moments later, both the nurse AND Dr. Furgooson arrived with 3 printed and signed Rx's, which he LITERALLY dangled over my head (read: he lifted his arm with the signed Rx's above his head, and stated word-for-word "Do you want these, or not?") --I was shocked and appalled to see such a vulgar display of ridicule in the form of tacitly assumed extortion (as he knows that long-term, maintenance regimens such as mine, which are common among any person diagnosed with ADHD, cannot be abruptly stopped). --Furthermore, he stated that my previous, now retired health care provider (who in his late 60's) must have retired due to malpractice. --Using simple logic, I deduced that accepting Dr. Firgusen's coerced offer was the only option I had to remain healthy and well. He made me choose between the ravages of ADHD (distracted while driving, late to work, poor concentration in college) and his deal, which he strong-armed me into accepting a la Don Corleone (read: He made me an offer I couldn't refuse). --He humiliated me, insulted my intelligence, questioned the very existence of my documented condition, and effectively sold me one quarter of my regimen for his fee. Meanwhile, in another room, my significant other, also previously treated long-term by the aforementioned retired doctor, overheard, yet never met (per her last minute phone call to reschedule, due to lack of communication regarding confirmation, was booked at another office to accommodate her request to be seen by Dr. Furgisin) the following conversation between Dr. Forgison and his administrative assistant regarding the specific number of clients that his operation must see per day, to remain profitable: Assistant: "We had 20 or so appointments yesterday and just booked another handful." Dr. Ferguson: "THAT'S GREAT! We NEED to have AT LEAST 45 appointments on the books PER DAY." (Immediately the conversation was stopped by the Annette Lopez, NP, who was seeing my significant other, in his stead, and she told him...) Annette: "There is a NEW PATIENT in the next room!!" (the rest of the interaction was inaudible; however, one can imply that she was silencing his unprofessional, clearly profit-seeking directives) To conclude this lengthy, yet candid review, I am working with the Medical Board to report this unsavory, wholly unethical, and unscrupulous incident to protect any other persons experiencing ADHD or ANY mental ailment. Not only did he talk down to me, a Harvard student, but he also effectively extorted me (Note that he initially denied me any Rx, then upon my refusal to take an unauthorized UA, instantly materialized a less-than-adequate offer of my MOST "valuable" medications). This, along with the nefarious, clearly profiteering-in-nature conversation my significant other overheard, compels me to believe that Dr. Ferguson is running a dishonest, profit-over-patient BUSINESS, NOT an honest, osteopathic medical practice, which goes against AT LEAST half of the main tenants of the HIPPOCRATIC OATH. I've never written a negative review on any of the Doctors I have seen through ZocDoc, until now. Patients are merely numbers and profit to Dr. Ferguson. I entrusted my health, not to an honest doctor of osteopathy, but instead to a crony-capitalist, malpracticing owner and operator of a front for real healthcare. WARNING: AVOID.

Other than the fact that he keeps cutting down my pain meds, per Obama Care Requirement, which as he says he has no control over, my medical care here would be a great thing!!

Great experience. I needed a new PCP, and after some searching I found Dr Ferguson. Very nice, efficient staff, very proactive with a first-time patient. No nonsense and great feedback. As a working person I appreciate the respect for the patient's time.

The wait time was long for my initial appointment as well as my blood work the following morning, however, they were short staffed the day of my blood work so I completely understand. I will definitely not complain though because the staff is amazing and the doctors are fantastic. I'm happy to have found my new Primary Care Doctor and my husband will be following suit. :)

This was my first visit and everything went very well. Dr. Ferguson was very attentive to my needs and very thorough in his initial examination of me. I did have to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, but I will assume this was because I am a new patient and my file had to be set up prior to seeing the doctor. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Ferguson and his N.P. were great. Check in was a joke. Even after showing proof of the appt time the receptionist tried to reschedule the appointment. She claimed the appt was scheduled at an earlier time. She handled the issue poorly.
Great service, very nice/clean office, and super friendly staff! He took plenty of time to sit and discuss all my medical concerns and needs. The nurse that came in before hand was very friendly as well.
I thought he was a total jerk! He had no empathy for my health concerns. Spent all of 10 minutes with me. I would never recommend him.
Verified patient
He's very nice and he's a great helpful. Every time I asked a question, he paid a full attention to answered my questions. Before he came in this room, I told him I hardly can't hear him because I'm a hearing loss but he closely spoke to me which helped me understand read his lip well. After done with him, he gave me a thumb up with nice smile that makes me feel trust him. he has done an excellent job today!

It was okay. I understand protocol, but was made a bit uncomfortable. I have gone through a major life change. Hope next visit I feel more comfortable.

I'm a new patient, was in for flu shot and set things up for him to be my doctor. He took time to stop in and visit me and I liked his manor.
Verified patient
Doctor and staff are great!
I was pleasantly surprised with his level of attention towards my issues I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends
Verified patient
The interactions were a little quick and the receptionist/nurses didn't seem to have a good grasp on what was going on, BUT everything got done that was needed and I was out in a reasonable amount of time with a follow up appointment scheduled.
