Very personable and professional.
Carl was cool, calm and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
My visit to Dr. Girardi was overall great. The one thing to be aware of is that I pre-filled all of my personal + insurance info through ZocDoc ahead of time, but was told when I arrived that I had to fill out everything again. But this wasn't all that bad because they have an electronic check-in system for new patients that makes it way easier. In general though, I'd recommend you arrive about 20 mins. early if you are a new patient. Dr. Girardi was great. He asked me what my symptoms were and allowed me to speak fully without interrupting me. He seemed to know exactly what to recommend to diagnose my problem and really covered all the bases. Check-out was easy and I left feeling a lot more at peace than I felt going in.
Overall great experience. Was a brief visit but Dr. Gerardi was polite and informative. Would definitely considering returning here.
No nonsense, but willing to explain whatever I wanted to understand.
He makes you feel comfortable, and confident
Very good doctor professional
I had been going to Dr. Gerardi for several months being treated with numerous antibiotics until I finally had enough and saw another doctor. My new doctor advised me non of those treatments were necessary. All I needed was a slight change in my diet... I have been feeling great ever since.
Everything could have been done in one day, but instead I was sent outpatient for an ultrasound. That means more visits and more Co pays a BIG Inconvenience. The receptionist had great customer service though.
Dr. Gerardi is great. Really can't say enough about him. He understood and addressed all of my concerns and was very thoughtful and clear in how to proceed. Very lucky to find him on zocdoc.
I felt very comfortable. He took the time to be thorough and informative.
Appointment was a little too quick and rushed (had more questions that I never got to ask), otherwise I think he's very good.
I've seen Dr Gerardi several times. Beside the fact that even first thing in the morning he seems to always be running 45 minutes late, I just don't feel like he takes me or my problems terribly seriously. I'm switching doctors
Very long wait
Great Urological Surgeon, everything went perfect, and would recommend!
Dr. Gerardi has a great bedside manner and really know his field. I would highly recommend him.
Quick. Easy. Professional. I would go back!
Everything was fine and he explains everything well
I liked the Dr. He was very nice and personable. But my wait time we very long. I waited for 1hr and 30 min before they brought me into the back roo..
Really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Gerardi. Dr. Gerardi took the time to understand my issues and make sure all of my questions were answered. His staff was friendly and attentive too. I found my urologist and would highly recommend Dr. Gerardi to friends and family.
Dr. Girardi was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. I walked in knowing next to nothing and left knowing so much more and made the picture clearer than ever. There was a small wait but it is well worth it to see Dr. Girardi. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional urologist
Dr. Gerardi was ok but too brief. I guess he had a million other things going on at the time of my appointment hence the wait time. I scheduled for 11 am. I arrived at 10:40 am and wasn't seen by him till about 12:15 pm which was just absurd. The staff needs to be more organized with the scheduling of appointment.
Very easy and comfortable. Would recommend him to everyone. Hopefully you dont need him but if you do he was great.
First time, have to do tests to discuss further but for first visit doctor was straight to the point and informative, explained the process of testing and procedures that need to be done, nice clean office, staff friendly and helpful...look forward to going back to discuss test results with doctor.
I've only seen him on the first apt yet, but seemed to be acknowledged in his branch and a nice person.
Very professional and informative; actually listened to my concerns and gave a good solution. The only thing after filling out ZocDoc online forms in advance I was still asked by office staff to come in 30 mins earlier for their documents.
I though I would have to wait so long. Never expected so much courtesy from the staff.
It was good, but a bit too quick! I would have liked if he explained more things in further detail. Good Doctor overall.
