He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He actually took the time to explain things to me. I am having a MRI of my back done and will definitely be seeing him again soon.

I was treated by Dr. Lauryssen over a six year period due to a serious injury to my cervical spine. Dr. Lauryssen performed two dificult surgeries. I can say with confidence that the only thing that kept me from parlysis was his great skill as a surgeon.

Dr. Lauryssen's office & service has been the best I've received. Office always ran on time, call backs where taken care off & on top of my prescriptions. Very courteous and attentive.

Super doc. Highly recommended.
I gained confidence and hope for recovery.
I was impressed by Dr. Lauryssen's professional knowledge and personal concern. He clarified the complexity and specialization of spine care in an effort to educate and offer the best care possible with the least complications.
Great experience! Fast intake, no waiting, excellent patient care. Dr. Lauryseen is absolutely by far the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Lauryssen is hands down the best surgeon in the world and save my quality of life. I say this without exaggeration and with deeply heart-felt appreciation. I truly believe he is the reason why I can walk, run and pick up my kids today. Dr. Lauryssen operated on me 3 times within 4 years. I'm better than I was before the operations. In 2006, the c5/c6 disc in my neck ruptured. I was in great pain, couldn't feel a portion of my right hand and had trouble moving my neck and right arm. Dr. Lauryssen replaced it with an artificial disc. I regained all feeling and have full rotation ability in my arm and neck with zero pain. After carrying my first child in 2009, my lower back L5, L4 discs were degenerated. It was very painful to bend down and pick up my baby. Dr. Lauryssen performed a successful 2-level operation with s1/l5 fusion and l5/l4 artificial disc. Just 3 months later, he removed a broken tail bone. I became pregnant just a couple months after the operations and carried my 2nd baby full term without issue. I was able to bend down and pick up both small kids at the same time with zero pain. Today, I still have a strong neck and back. I do not have ongoing pain. I hope to not ever have to see Dr. Lauryssen for care but if I do experience any new issues, I would fly from Los Angeles to his new practise in Texas. There is no other surgeon I would trust.
