Very terrible experience. Went in because this was the sickest I have ever been. Diagnosed with the flu. Explained I had tried numerous OTC meds but could not get relief from cough and fever, Dr called in (4) meds and (3) of the (4) were OTC meds. When she explained what meds they were calling in, she used the full medical name of the prescription and I was not aware the cough syrup was Robitussin. I called and she called in pearls yo help my cough. I tried them for the night, didn’t help at all. Called the next day to see about something else, she called in the same prescription and did not call me to tell me she was calling in the same prescription that did not give me any relief from the worst cough I have ever experienced, had to deal with the cough for another night. Went back to the dr on a Fridayars afternoon, she diagnosed me now with bronchitis. Prescribed me a steroid, antibiotics, and a stronger cough medicine. She “called in” the steroids and antibiotics, and wrote the cough syrup prescription. Dropped script off at pharmacy by the office but they couldn’t fill it bc she Did not write the quantity on the script and did not answer the pharmacy call bc it was now 5:04 on a Friday. I went back to the dr office to see if anyone was there bc I was miserable and Thankfully they were there to call the dr. She called the dr and were able to resolve it. I went to my pharmacy to pick up the ones she “called in,” but no prescriptions in the system. I could not fill Antibiotics and steroids all weekend bc it was late in a Friday. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the experience. I was looking for a PCP and thought this would be it bc of the amazing bedside manner and friendly staff, but sadly not. Very disappointed bc I really really liked the environment and staff
