Very professional, courteous staff from check in to MA, I was very frustrated with my situation I was crying and they took time to listen , truly compassionate, it took me 1.5 hours to get there I am new in Tampa Bay Area was 1st place I found that took my Ins and cld see me right away . I thought I’ll go and then maybe I’ll find something closer gng forward.. but!!! Worth the drive . Truly amazing place

Excellent staff and helpful, but if you want to be seen by the gynecolyst then you should book the appointment in Winter Haven's office.

Dr gabriel was very thorough and took time to answer both my and my husbands questions. He carefully explained all our options and my procedure without any pressure to decide right away. I felt confident in him, and the nurse practioner showed us the same consideration as well. She did my pelvic exam without any discomfort, and afterard explained her findings in a way that was easy to undestand.

He was great! He listened to my questions. I didn't feel stupid for asking him questions that were probably silly. He verified multiple times that I didn't have anymore questions or concerns. He was very gentle; some doctors can be a little rough. He explained what he was about to do before he did them. ie: "Im just going to put two fingers here. ok, now im going to do this..." He was very thorough in explaining how things happen.
