Dr Garreton provides a unique medical experience these days-he actually looks at you when you meet him and takes time to find out out how you're really doing and what your needs are. He actually cares about his patients and their well being, not just the fees he collects like most of the other doctors I've seen. Most importantly, I am able to get an appointment in time to address my current ailment instead of needing to go to the emergency room at the hospital for treatment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Garreton for years, and he’s always patient and attentive.
The staff did not know about my appointment, that i scheduled online. “You guys need to wait for a confirmation” was the response. “we would’ve cancelled that time because it was already filled, and the times on the website are not correct. YOU GUYS need to wait for confirmation” said the receiptionist. I was there by myself so i don’t know what the “YOU GUYS” was all about. she went to talk to someone after that and came back and said she was ABLE TO SQUEEZE me in, “but YOU GUYS need to wait for the confirmation” she said again. I had to fill all the paperwork again that i had already done online.
i told her i had done it online and of course, she couldn’t find it. Who knows where all my information went.
the online appointment scheduler is obviously useless and they know it.
the front staff acts like they are doing the patients a favor, do they know how much every visit cost???

I had a bizarre and uncomfortable experience with this doctor and would not recommend his services. Despite never talking to this man before, he gave an unsolicited ten minute monologue about my divorce to me.
I just went in for a routine checkup, and as he went through the basic questions (fever, back pain, etc.), one question was if I was happy with my life right now. I hesitated and thought about it, and he condescendingly asked what I could possibly have going on if I'm so young. Upset at this assumption, I informed him that I just went through a divorce and currently have a tough living situation with a new roommate. Despite knowing zero further details, he went on to judge the situation and gave unhelpful "advice" for something he clearly had no authority on. Yikes. I literally had to ask him to get back to the exam and then he brought it up again later on.

My parents are beyond appeased with Dr . Garreton! He took his time and was attentive to all my father had to say as well as the concerns or questions my mother had. Huge upgrade from their previous PCP. If my father is content with his experience, then he's the real deal since my father is a hard man to please. Keep it up Dr! ????

Dr Garreton listend to all my complaints and gave feedback. My visit was longer then 15 min which was what I needed since I was a new patient. He did run late before coming in the room but I'm ok with it since he took so much time with me also. He is the kind of Dr I like, doesn't make you feel rushed, listens great, great bedside manors and experienced! So glad I chose him. Oh, and it didn't take long to get an appointment!!!

The front office staff seemed offened and weren't for hospitable when I asked how much longer my wait would be 30min after my apt was scheduled. Even insinuated that it was my fault and my apt was at 1010 not 1000 like my confirmation said.
