I enjoy seeing Dr. Inocencio because he seems to listen to me. But to get a message to him is almost impossible. The nurses station does not answer nor return calls.

I went in on a walk-in basis. I was seen promptly when it was my turn. Dr. Carlos was a professional all the way. He was caring and concerned. I would certainly go back if necessary.

Dr Inocencio is an excellent Dr. He cares and spends time with his patients. He was my Dr many years before my insurance switched. After a few years later I had to switch doctors again and I found him again. After years later and many patients that he see's he still remembered me. It's nice to have real family Doctor again.

I got stuck in horrible traffic and took 44 minutes to make the 16 minute drive to my Doctor's Office. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, but they took me in anyway. Most of the other Physicians I have seen lately would have rescheduled me. I have nothing but praise for Carlos Inocencio and Community Family Doctors.

Even though I was a walk in, there were only 3 other patients there & I still sat for over an hour in the waiting room then at least 10 minutes in the exam room. I went in with sever abdominal pain & started vomiting while waiting, didn't seem to get me in any quicker. The doctor was very professional & had a good manor, but after all the waiting & the co pay, I was told to get myself to the urgent care more then 6 miles away.

Dr. Inocencio was right on with his diagnosis, of my having a very antibiotic resistant bacteria. His Rx took care of my bacteria within the time period that he predicted.......and in addition it also took care of my bladder and prostate issues that I have been suffering from for a long time.
At 76 yrs. of age, I feel like a new man again, and therefore I would highly recommend Dr. Inocencio to anyone......

I found Dr."Carlos" to be very professional and interested in what I had to say. He committed on my condition and ordered the appropriate x-rays and meds. Dr. Carlos was very compassionate and understanding. This was the first time I had ever seen Dr. Carlos and was very impressed with him.

My visit was great because Dr. Inocencio is great! Dr. Inocencio listens, is patience and does not talked down to you. I feel that we have a partnership to reach my specific goals. My previous visit was with another doctor, due to Dr. Inocencio being out of the office, I have to say after that visit, I was contemplated transferring my health care to another doctor office.

As a mid 40yr, I have several illnesses. I needed to see Dr. Inocencio for a few issues including referrals and paperwork. He wasn't with me even 5 minutes when he was going to leave to end the visit and I remembered something else. He got annoyed and told me to hurry that we needed to speed up. I got so emotional and felt so humiliated. I have been going to this facility since 2005 but the doctor I use to see moved. I will not continue my medical treatments there. I will look for a more caring doctor that cares for patients and helping them improve their health.
