I’m Carly - a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder recovery and alleviating or managing the physical body symptoms associated with disordered eating. My goal is to empower individuals to find their way back to who they were meant to be. Throughout my time in this specialty area, I’ve seen three main pillars curb the strength of an eating disorder: consistency, accountability partners, and compassion.
My session time guides individuals in their reflections on how they approach food, how they treat their bodies, and how they perceive movement. We untie the eating disorder from the individual so they can have themselves back, and work on healing the physical body ailments that their experience may have caused. We aim to increase and maintain the overall quality of life by returning food freedom, body confidence, inner peace, and self empowerment to clients through holistic, whole-body nutrition therapy.
This practice is named after a dear childhood friend of mine who experienced an eating disorder — and whose extraordinary character lends itself as inspiration to others as they follow suit with her in the pursuit of healing.
Right now I'm opening Monday time slots on ZocDoc to welcome new clients into my practice! All other days of the week are filled with current clients.

I’ve tried a lot of different RDs but struggled to open up and feel comfortable with them. Carly is easy to talk to and is so understanding - she makes me feel heard and has drastically changed the quality of my life. I look forward to each of our sessions!
