Dr. Carmela Yacoob completed her undergraduate degree, Bachelors of Science, at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She received her Medical Degree at McMaster University Faculty of Medicine in 1977. After completing postgraduate medical training at McMaster University Health Services Center in 1978, she started her private family medicine practice in Ontario, Canada. She has been practicing the full spectrum of family medicine since moving to Orange County in 1980. She has been active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1980.

Questions were answered and was able to get a same-day appt. Wait time was very long(>60 min.) from after getting checked in until leaving.
