Carmen was an amazing doctor, she understood my needs and concerns, she made sure to get all of my healthy information that was needed so she could best assist me now and in the future. She supported what i wanted for my current health and had no judgement towards anything. The doctors office was very clean and all other staff were amazing and helpful in all ways. I was nervous, but they made my nerves go away instantly with the kindness and respect in that building :)

Appointment was great, and Carmen helped me with all the questions during the checkup. But the office staff is hard to understand. If you only communicate in English it is very hard to talk to the office staff/reception. They don't listen to you and they don't understand what you are talking about.

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and left feeling like I made the perfect choice choosing Carmen at Hallmark Health in Malden. She was attentive, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and ultimately made me feel at ease.
The staff was incredibly friendly and Melissa, the MA, was lovely.
