As a wife and mother, caring for women during their most vulnerable moments, is a privilege I cherish. Carmen E. Peden was born in Spain, but was raised and rooted in The Sunshine State. She graduated with highest honors with Bachelor of Science, Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Florida, where
she remained to complete her residency training. Now, a practicing, board certified Obstetrician Gynecologist, Carmen has developed experience in minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including proficiency with the DaVinci robotic system. Carmen is focused on maintaining the highest standards of patient care and has received multiple awards for of excellence in academics, education and humanism. excellence in academics, education and humanism.
Carmen and her husband, Marc, have three daughters. They enjoy Florida, spending time with friends, traveling and doing mission work.

Have tried to give this office and Doctor multiple chances but they are always unprofessional and unorganized (EVERY TIME). The medical staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing and when it comes to your health, that is something you want from doctors, nurses and medical assistants alike.

The doctor was awesome & really took the time to make me feel comfortable while getting the most accurate health information possible. There was a problem at the front desk which resulted in my waiting to be seen for over an hour which she did not attempt to explain but rather apologized profusely while promising to look into it.

I had to wait much longer than I would have liked, like an hour and 45 min before I was seen by the doctor, but she politley explained that there had been a prior emergency and let me know how sorry she was, which was really appreciated, and she was GREAT which honestly made the wait time worth it. Very professional, very knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and i would recommenced her to anyone! She made me feel comfortable right away, which is hard to do in that kind of setting.
