So impressed with how thorough Dr. Jagdeo was. She left no question unanswered and evaluated all of my symptoms carefully before developing a diagnosis (still to be confirmed by lab work). Best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of visiting - I would highly recommend her.

Great doctor, but very difficult to reach. Always have problems booking appointments. Always end up waiting a couple hours.

Her manner can be very off putting to say the least.

Once I saw Dr. Jagdeo she was lovely, but it did not make up for the 2+ hours of waiting I had to complete before getting sent to the lab for blood work.
It CERTAINLY did not make up for the over 3 days that it has taken to get the results back from that blood work. I have been told multiple times that the doctor would call back in the next 15-20 minutes, that she would call back before the office closed, and that she would call at all with my results. I have yet to speak to her - 3 full days after they confirmed that my results came in.

I would not see Dr. Jagdeo again. The wait time is excessive. You wait hours in the waiting room, then additional 30 mins plus once you are in the exam room. I selected this office as it was on the same campus with my office. I thought it would be less time away from work. I found this to not be the case every time. For example an 11:00 a.m. Appt, I was not seen and out of her office until 5 p.m. I conversed with several other patients, everyone had the same complaint the wait time.
The wait time in it's self was reason enough not to continue treatment with Dr. Jagdeo, however the last straw was the patient abandonment. She refused to see me after a car accident, she stated she does not treat accident victims. I was not just any post car accident person attempting follow up with her. She had been my PCP of record for almost a year.
I was planning to move my care related to the excessive wait time already, this action just helped me with my decision.

It was great, She informed me of things that I did not know about my health. She guided me through the process of care, for my self.
which I am very glad that I had her for my Doctor. I will always follow her format to my health.
Thank you, Dr. Jagdeo, for the advice and information to guide my health situation,

Dr. Jagdeo is great but the wait was a bit much. The initial wait wasn't too long (20-30 minutes), but I was in the room by myself for an additional hour or so. All in all, my visit for a basic physical took 2 hours and 30 minutes (about 15 minutes more including getting blood work).

I visited Dr. Jagdeo office today of June 30, 2014 10 a.m. and the secretary was very professional. I had about a 35 minute wait, and this was fine. After the secretary process all of my information she call me back to room 2. After taking my blood pressure and asking some questions about my medical history the secretary informed that the Dr. would see me shortly. This was my third time actually seeing Dr. Jagdeo at her office of the many times I visited. Normally Dr. Bald would see me, one of Dr. Jagdeo's assistance or back up Doctor's. However, I was informed that Dr. Jagdeo back up Doctor no longer practice at her office. During my discussion with Dr. Jagdeo in reference to some test that were ran on me our conversation made a turn for the worst. When ever I would ask Dr. Jagdeo a question that she didn't feel was relevant she would put her hand up and cut me off from talking. Well about the tenth or eleventh time I felt very offended and ask would she please allow me to explain a couple of situations that was displeasing to me and she through up her hand again. When I asked Dr. Jagdeo, " Please don't be rude ", she responded the only two people that ever called her rude was me and a mental patient. This made me very upset and offended, and I told Dr. Jagdeo that I would not be using her services any more if this is how you treat your patience. In conclusion I need to find a new Doctor.

Went for routine physical, signed up through ZocDoc. To my surprise, I did not meet with Dr. Jagdeo herself, but another doctor in her practice. While the other doctor was professional, when I sign up through ZocDoc to see a specific doctor, I expect to see a specific doctor.

Great staff in the office -- extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. I arrived 10 minutes lates and had a short wait. I was seen by another Doctor in the practice, Dr. Ball. He has a great bedside manner and is highly recommended.

Didn't schedule me for Dr. Jagdeo as I requested. I waited more than 1.5 hours to see the doctor, who then only saw me for a total of about 3 minutes. The majority of the time was spent talking to various nurses/physicians assistants who then misreported what my symptoms were to the doctor. The looked eager to leave the whole time, and was very reluctant to engage in conversation. I had to repeat myself several times to even get him to listen to what I was saying (as I tried to explain that the symptoms written by his nurse were inaccurate).
I would absolutely not return.

Visit with Dr. Jagdeo was fine. However, the office staff was quite unhelpful, and actually tried to bill me twice for the same appointment.

I scheduled appointments with Dr Jagdeo twice and each time the office called me to see if I could move my appointment. It made it seem like their openings were not up to date on the site and/or that I was inconveniencing them to come in at the stated time when we finally agreed. Will not go here.

My experience with Dr. Jagdeo was great. She took the time to explain her practice and what they were all about which was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want a doctor to "bark' orders at me, I wanted someone to show that they care and really want to help in your path to being well and living healthy. I highly recommend her to anyone.
