The visit was great. ZocDoc needs to be careful about searches. I sadly have Medicaid and when I searched for ENT's who accept my type of insurance, many dr's come up, I found out upon arriving and handing the receptionist my insurance card that they do not accept my insurance. The doctor was kind enough to work with me and come to a solution which worked for me and her office. Thank you! A great ENT!

I feel that Dr. Reid was always professional though very approachable. She used several RX and non-RX methods to help me such as teaching saline wash methods. She said surgery would help my case, but was very clear to say that I didn't have to have it. She was careful to explain how it would benefit me, but not pressure me in any way-I appreciated this.

Dr. Reid is amazing! I saw her for juvederm injections, and she really did an incredible make-over for me. I won't ever be able to go to anyone else for injections. She just has a great eye for it, without over-doing it. She makes you look naturally younger. People would tell me that I looked great, but no one could tell what I had done. I would highly recommend Dr. Reid to make you feel and look younger!
