Dr. Gervais obtained her medical degree from The University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque and completed her pediatric residency at The University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont.
Dr. Gervais is board certified in pediatrics and is an attending physician at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center.
Dr. Gervais joined West Park Medical Group in 1991. She and her husband live in Manhattan and have two children, Ella and Clay.
In order for us to continue providing prompt and efficient service to our patients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. The following fees will be applied for missed appointments or late cancellations:
Missed appointments (no-show) - $50.00
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) - $ 25.00

Did not use gloves when giving shots, and during parts of the exam you'd expect them to be used. After giving my child a shot, she stuck the needle into the patient seat while giving the next and applying a bandaid. That made me uncomfortable and uncertain how clean the seat my child was sitting on actually was. Did not wash hands before or after the exam. She is a knowledgeable pediatrician, and I appreciate that. I am just not comfortable with certain habits, precautions and the wait time.

Dr. Gervais has been our children's pediatrician for many years and we feel very fortunate for this. She has been an excellent doctor who has gone out of her way to follow up with our children's situations and who also has a very gentle, patient and engaging manner with them. We cannot praise her enough!

My daughter is, thankfully, a healthy kid, but I felt Dr. Gervais was very thorough in the questions she was asking us. An excellent first visit!

Dr. Gervais talked us through exactly what was going on with our son's illness and what we could do to make him more comfortable. She explained very clearly what other symptoms to look for that might indicate a problem for which we would need to come back and possibly get treatment. Her bedside manner was warm as always :).
