Dr. Raudez was VERY NICE. Everything else was NOT!
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. When I arrived the doctors name/ suite # was not listed on the directory so I had no idea where to go. Called the office 3x no answer. Finally found it after 25 minutes of searching and then I Had to wait an hour to be seen.
The nurse was unskilled in drawing blood. I got stuck repeatedly, (4 times to be exact) . Only for him to stick himself with my needle!! He then asks me in the middle of the hallway “do you have any diseases?!” UHHH WHAT?!
I gave a urine sample which I expected to leave in the restroom. Nope. I was told to bring out the sample cup and I was met by a nurse who took it with NO GLOVES on. He walked down the hall with my cup of pee ??
Dr. Raudez is AWESOME. This office is HORRIBLE.
