It’s was great. The Pembroke Pines office is very busy so I was in an hour in a hour and didn’t feel rushed. I usually go to Dr Danastor who is booked solid, but I saw Dr Mignacca and she was just as great! She was warm, understanding and up to date on my file! I felt like I could talk to her about anything without judgement. What more can a girl ask for.

I truly love this OB doctor. She is well educated, understanding, a great listener, and truly cares about her patients. She actually was my OB for my first pregnancy. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be alive today. She knew exactly what to do when we found out that I had preclamsia. She is blessing and I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

Dr. Caroline Mignacca is excited to be part of the team at Advanced OBGYN Institute in Weston and Pembroke Pines, Florida. She provides cutting-edge and evidence based obstetrics and gynecologic care and is a passionate advocate for women’s health. Her specialties in addition to general/high risk obstetrics and gynecologic services include adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management, minimally invasive surgeries including DaVinci procedures, hysterectomy, sterilization procedures, endometriosis management, Nexplanon, IUD, urinary incontinence, fertility/family planning, menopause management, preventative medicine for women’s health.
Dr. Mignacca completed her undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Florida. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida Medical School where she was inducted in the Gold Humanism Honor Society in 2016. She completed her residency training at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia where she received the prestigious Residency Academic Excellence in Research Award. She was born in Canada, enjoys traveling, and has provided women’s health care all over the globe including Peru, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
