More about Dr. Caroline Yoon, MD
Dr. Yoon received her B.S. from Trinity University, her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, and completed her residency in a joint program with Columbia and Cornell University in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Her research efforts include studies on hearing loss, sinusitis, allergy, and pediatric head and neck masses. She has been published in several peer-reviewed journals and her research has been presented at numerous conferences and meetings. She has also engaged in volunteer work in Honduras addressing cleft lip and palate abnormalities in children. Her specialties include medical and surgical management of nasal and sinus disorders, thyroid and parathyroid conditions, salivary gland conditions, congenital and acquired neck masses, and the full spectrum of ENT disorders in both adults and children.
Kimberly received her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University. She then went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Kimberly began her career as a Physician Assistant working in inpatient services including the Department of Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She joined the Clear Lake Medical Center ENT practice in July 2014. Kimberly is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA).

I thought that she was very efficient in dealing with my situation.
I do believe that they need to purchase a new BP monitor. It made lots of noise and registered by BP at 210/165 which if that was the case I don't think I would have been sitting in the chair. The first reading was 193/145 so something was not correct.
I believe that Dr Yoon is well schooled in her area and handles patients very well.

Dr. Yoon is a wonderful diagnostician with a gentle, friendly bedside manner. Who knew a middle-aged woman with no tonsils could get a weird form of tonsillitis? No wonder my throat hurt. Lucky for me, Dr. Yoon did a pain-free scope of my lower throat and discovered the problem.

I love Dr. Yoon. I am in my mid-twenties and have been seeing her almost as long as I can remember. She has an extraordinary bedside manner and she knows her stuff. She is the most trustworthy doctor I have seen, and she does not perform unnecessary procedures. I have had several instances where she could have gone ahead and done something, but we waited and my body got better on its own.
