Co-owner of Bay Area wellness Center, Dr. Carrie has been practicing for 20+ years as a chiropractic physician. She attended Life University Atlanta campus for the Doctor of Chiropractic program with an emphasis on maternity and pediatric care, graduating in 2003. During her post-graduate training she attained a Fellowship in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and certification in Webster’s technique.
She owned and operated Coleman Family Chiropractic in Tennessee with her husband for 11 years before selling the business and moving to Florida to be closer to family.
Her prior occupations consisted of being a Personal Trainer and a fitness and nutritional counselor for the YMCA and Gold’s Gym. She was also a spokesmodel and fitness model for Muscle Mania, Fitness America, and many other companies, as well as being a national champion figure and fitness competitor. She and her husband have been featured in many fitness magazines as well.
Dr. Carrie enlisted in the United States Air Force her senior year of high school in 1991 and served with the 341st Missile Communications Squadron for the majority of her 8 years of active-duty service.
She is originally from the southern Indiana/Illinois region, where she was raised and she graduated high school in Valrico, FL after moving there with her family as a teenager.
She has been married for over 30 wonderful years and they enjoy traveling together as well as many recreational activities.
Dr. Carrie specializes in maternity care, pediatric care, women’s pelvic health, nutritional counseling, exercise counseling, sports chiropractic and helping people live their life to the fullest!

Dr. Carrie Coleman is very knowledgeable, spends time listening and evaluating. She took X-rays prior to performing any adjustments and treatments. Dr. Carrie was excellent she took x-rays showed me everything going on and why I'm in so much pain. She did alignments in my whole back and neck and I was able to get a CD of the x-rays for myself. Went very well scheduled to see her again in a week. tysvm

Dr Carrie Coleman is amazing! She is very friendly and explains everything to you (I came to see her about my baby being breech and she was very attentive). I didn't feel rushed during the consultation which I feel like it's rare nowadays haha I definitely recommend her and I'll be coming back for more appointments.
