Dr. Monroe attended to all of my needs in a single phone call. We tried video chat first, but I don't have great reception where I live. Instead, she called me on the phone within 5 seconds. Dr. Monroe, in my experience, is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable doctors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listened to all of my concerns, a long list, and she quickly was able to identify my needs and get me the prescriptions I needed. Dr. Monroe is an excellent listener, as well as a superb communicator.
Dr. Monroe's staff were kind and courteous. They called the morning of the appointment to verify I would be able to attend. I needed to call a couple of times to verify information, and each time was like the last. Professional and expeditious. Thank you very much!
