The admin staff, medical intake techs, and my doctor were all wonderful. I was the last appointment on a Friday afternoon and I did not feel like I was being rushed out or inadequately taken care of at all. In fact they actually took care of a couple of extra things I was not expecting to get addressed that day. Dr. Trigonis did a great job of getting to know me and listening to my concerns and also was well-informed on the things I wanted/needed to learn more about. I am so excited to have found my new PCP on the first time around since in the past I have had so many negative doctor experiences.

Great experience. I received a text right at the time of the appointment to join the video call. After a few quick questions from the nurse, Dr. Trigonis arrived within a couple minutes. She was a great listener and made me feel very comfortable during our conversation.

If you are looking for diagnosis, physicals, bloodwork...she’s the perfect doctor. If you need a pill for everything, she’s not for you. She’s one of the most conservative with medications doctors I’ve met. However, she’s always diagnosed me right, great bedside manner and explains things in layman’s terms. The only med I’ve gotten so far is an antibiotic for something I needed to take care of. This is a fair and honest review and like I said, as long as you aren’t seeking pills, you’ll be happy.

This was my first visit; Dr. Trigonis and her attending resident were both wonderful. They listened to my concerns carefully and helped me to feel comfortable. My interaction with other staff members was also great. I’m hoping she will be my new primary care doctor moving forward.
