I needed to find a new doctor since I had moved recently. Doc doc made finding a new doctor an making an appy breeze. I was seen right away since I booked an early appt to avoid a crowd. Everyone was friendly and kind, and communicative. Dr. Jean was excellent in her bedside manner. Listened to all my concerns. Asked great follow up questions and was able to guide and advise me on treatment and referrals. So long as I don't move again, I don't see myself going to a new doctor anytime soon.

I didn’t have a bad experience in person with this doctor, but it wasn’t a great one either. I did go in for an annual check up, however I had other concerns that I wanted to mention but that didn’t make a difference - all I got was referrals to specialist instead of a thorough annual examination as a PCP should provide and not to mention it’s been three weeks
and I have yet to receive a call on my blood work, even after following up twice via their NYP portal and calling her office and still response. One of my specialist had to read me my report and refer me to a new PCP to get my health in order. So I will not be referring this doctor nor going back to her for my health.
