My lobby wait was 30 minutes due to paper work as a new patient. I was not called back until paperwork was completed. Triage was too long. The nurse who took my vitals and health history was very slow, bless her heart. She was very sweet and very professional so her bed side manner helped the wait not be so bad. Dr. Dowsing-Adams was very friendly and I loved that even though I had already had a long wait, she didn't rush my visit with her. We were able to speak to my ailments and next steps and follow up. Lastly, having an onsite pharmacy was a big plus! After spending 2 hours at the doctor the last thing you want to do is leave and go pick up your prescription. The onsite pharmacy had my prescription ready after I checked out and obtained my next appointment date. As a parent with children waiting at home, this was the best feeling, to have what I needed before I left and could go straight home. This was my 1st visit so I expected to be there for a little while but it was well worth it. I look forward to my future visits.

This doctor is absolutely wonderful, I have been to many in my 59 years, I wouldn't trust anyone but her. She diagnosed my Mom with heart issues by looking at her finger nails. It gave us 13 more years with her we would not have had otherwise.
