Lovely office, once you find the suite. Everyone seems happy to be at work, kind and very helpful. I felt very heard by Dr Cecilia and was able to address the main points of being there right away. I would definately reccoment to anyone looking for primary care in the area!

At first I thought it was kind of them to accept me late because of the storm that occurred here, I truly do appreciate that. But I should've listened to the universe and gone to my PA. I was asked questions and the typical check up. But nothing was done for me. I was just told to drink plenty of water and "if I wanted prescription". I'm here to get the help I need, not continue seeking for it. I walked out with even more questions in my head, so I'm gonna go get a second opinion. I accepted the medication, and it was never even sent or created to the pharmacy I requested. Their office is closed, so now I gotta wait til the next day to even get that request in. It was truly disappointing. Do not recommend it.

She was warm, open to my health concerns and gave me well-rounded answers which helped me feel secure in my nervous state. I just had some health changes and she answered my concerns with affirmation or reasons to not worry. It helped me make a plan for my next steps. I couldn’t have picked a better doctor.

Super nervous as the office seemed small and not private I feared my business would be shared with the lobby and the rooms were super small. But as soon as I met with Celia Fakhouri I knew this was my new doctors office. She is kind, listens, open and educational. She is quick to make things happen and provided ideas and solutions not judgment. 10/10

I had numerous things I wanted to speak with Celia, as I had gone a long time without a primary care, fully expecting it to take multiple appointments to cover all topics. However, I was pleasantly surprised as Celia thoroughly discussed every topic with me all in one visit. She listened to all my concerns and was receptive of my input regarding them. While I have only had one appointment with her I will happily continue my care with her for the foreseeable future.

I am a nervous wreck when it comes to any type of doctor appointment, my anxiety shoots up and it takes a lot out of me to get myself to go to any type of appointment. BUT, I had a genuinely positive experience at this facility, and when speaking to my doctor. She was very understanding and patient when I was speaking with her. I now feel better and less anxious with booking my next appointment with her. :)
