Pleasant overall experience with the staff, nurses and provider. Dr. Rowland has an incredible bedside manner. She's thorough and listens intently/present. I felt an almost immediate comfort with her as a new patient. The wait was remarkably less than I have encountered at other providers' offices.

The staff was very polite and there was no wait to be seen. Dr. Rowland is a very pleasant physician with great bedside manner. I felt all of my concerns were addressed and she explained everything clearly and summarized the next steps at the end of the visit.

Dr. Rowland took over my prior OBGYN's practice. I felt as though she didn't listen to my requests about my birth control. She repeatedly pressured me to get the birth control shot instead of the pills. I had to call her office multiple times because she didn't prescribe the birth control I was currently taking and was happy with.
