Everything about the visit was positive. The staff, technician and billing personnel was pleasant and professional. Dr. Prodromos was referred to me by my primary care physician , and he is everything she said he was. Most important to me was him being a good listener.
Dr. Prodromos is a kind, compassionate, wise doctor. He spends quality time with his patients. He lists out possible options and gives hope for those of us who are just plan tired of living with pain! I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Prodromos barely asked me any questions before diagnosing me, he talked at me, and was generally insensitive in his approach.

I will be returning in a month or so.
Wait time was way too long (almost an hour), doctor talked way too fast and tried to talk over my head with lots of technical jargon (probably to build up credibility) and finally suggested some treatment that wasn't covered by insurance - felt like I was being scammed
This is what a doctor should be
Verified patient
Not professional and did not care about patients.
Verified patient
Very busy office.
I brought my mother to see Dr. Prodromos and she can be challenging. He was patient and very kind to her. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This doctor Dr. Prodromos, is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. The office is so unprofessional, papers all over the desk, dirty bloody tissues in X Ray room. He charged me the fee for the office visit only to make me wait 45 min wait till you see the office and the unprofessionalism in the office the mess on the desk, you will understand what I am saying.Or wait till you try to call, you will hear the unprofessional way they answer the call, put you on hold and argue with you. I and my insurance spent thousands of dollars just to hear the unprofessional doc and staff. Save your money and time, worst doctor I have ever ever seen, please be advised, if I would have read the reviews prior I would have my money in my pocket. He should be reviewed by the Medical Board, please stay away from him. save your time and money.

Excellant but he was over-booked
This doctor had me diagnosed and my treatment plan befor he ever saw me. His only treat option was PRR or Stem Cell, which of course are not covered by insurance. When I asked about other options he told me there were no other options. All he wanted was to have me sign up for his very expensive treatment, of course with no real assurance it would even work! I will never go back, and I would advise anyone that wants a good orthopedic doctor to not see this one. He is all about the cash, not the patient.
Verified patient
Was very happy with everyone in the office. Dr Prodromos was very Professional and friendly. Explained everything so I could understand about the PRP injection along with a video about how other people have done with the PRP. Would refer others to see Dr Prodromos and in fact have already told someone to see him.
Verified patient
This was my first appointment with Dr. Prodromos and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and were awesome in communicating with me my appointment and needs.
Verified patient
Strongly recommend to anyone to avert or postpone knee surgery. So much easier to get an injection as needed. The best in Chicago area.
Verified patient
Dr. Prodromos was not attentive and acted like a salesman of a treatment that his clinic offers. He was reluctant to talk about alternatives. I'm not able to trust a person like that with my health and based on my experience I would not recommend him.
Had to watch a sales video, and pay for scientificly unproven treatment that did nothing for my pain. Please move this dr to the herbal healing crunchy granola department.
Verified patient
Dr Prodromos is extremely knowledgeable and I can tel he has genuine interest in his field. I didn't get the news I was hoping for but feel very confident in his analysis and left feeling well attended to.
