I seek to provide an approachable, non-judgmental attitude that is accepting of who you are, where you are, where you've been, and help you become who you want to be. And if you don't know or feel lost, we can figure that out together. If you already have a therapist and are just looking for a psychiatrist, I can provide medication management that works in coordination with your therapist. Or if you’d like to do both psychotherapy and medication management with me, I can provide that as well. I offer flexible hours with both in-person and virtual appointments.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Psychotherapy and a sprinkle of Psychodynamic therapy to guide my approach to providing care. I am board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
My office is conveniently located near Buffalo Bayou Park, close to the Heights, Rice Military, Montrose and downtown Houston. I personally answer all phone calls, which gives you the opportunity to ask questions, and see if I might be the right fit for you.
