Dr. Charles P. Catania is Board Certified in Family Medicine and received his Medical Degree from The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, trained in England and completed residency at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, NJ where he was named Chief Resident in 2009 and whereby he served on the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors as the Resident Delegate.
Dr. Catania has been in a private practice setting since 2010 in southern New Jersey and was named “Readers’ Choice TopDoc” in South Jersey Magazine in August 2013.
Dr. Catania has an interest in Pediatrics, with an emphasis in Genetics due to his previous experiences working at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also has an interest in minor Dermatological procedures, Diabetes and Adolescent Medicine.
He treasures time with his wife Kimberly, and their two boys, Jack and Joseph. They frequently can be seen on trips to the zoo or just spending quality time with their large extended family!
