I had worked with Psychiatrists from renowned backgrounds, but was unable to find one who meaningfully and thoughtfully approached psychiatric and medical care with appropriate compassion while also being well versed in the most current practices and medical knowledge within the profession. Finally, I was referred to Dr. Fleckles who fit this criteria to a "T". I have now been in his care for several years. If you are looking for a Psychiatrist who will truly take the time to listen, meet you where you are and respond with your best interests at heart, I would highly recommend Dr. Fleckles. He is a credit to his profession.

Dr. Fleckles has been in practice for 40+ plus years. He's been a certified Jungian analyst for 30 + years. He no longer is accepting adolescents into his practice. He works with both individuals and couples, as well as consultations. He does psychotherapy alone, or with medication management in the context of ongoing psychotherapy. He does not do medication management alone. In an atmosphere of trust and safety, he emphasizes a warm, emphatic approach to understanding one's underlying emotional patterns and belief systems that impede one's ability to reach one's personal goals.
After he initially talks with you on the phone, and he assesses whether he might be of help. He recommends 1-3 sessions for both of you to decide whether you can continue to work together.
Dr. Fleckles no longer treats ADD/ADHD.
